The Keysight 81635A dual optical power sensor is the best choice for accurate power measurement of fiber optic components. The modular dual sensor can be installed in all Keysight 816x lightwave masters and can be used alone or in combination with multiple sensors for simultaneous measurement of multichannel devices. The output fiber can be easily connected using a flexible Keysight adapter or bare fiber adapter.
The module is capable of running multiple measurement applications such as data logging, stability, and recording of minimum and maximum values over time. Synchronization with the tunable laser module supports powerful spectrum measurements with several advantages: higher resolution, better polarization correlation, and multi-channel scalability with high cost and time efficiency. The module can record up to 20,000 samples with an average time of only 100μs.
